Surf Hat

Surf Hat is a psych-surf duo dwelling in the coastal mountain town of Squamish, BC, Canada, blending jangle, reverb-soaked guitars with sweetly harmonized vocals. Their self-titled debut earned them tens of millions of streams and a fast growing, devoted fan base across North America. Drawing inspiration from the dreamy sounds of Allah-Las, The Ventures, and the Beatles, Surf Hat crafts a signature sound that’s both nostalgic and fresh. The band released their third full length album “Modern World Blues” in November 2025, and are touring Canada, the United States, Australia, and Europe to promote the record.
